
Changing Your Password
The identityService API enables Participant Users to reset their password associated with a Participant ID account. They can reset them at any time, including after expiry, as long as the account stays unlocked. If multiple incorrect password attempts lock the account, the Participant Administrator must perform the reset.
Your user ID and password are the same across all participant IT systems—MSATS, EMMS, NOS, and OPDMS. Changing your password in one system updates it for all.
